Close to All San Diego Has To Offer
Five of the luxury homes are in Point Loma which is just a few miles due west of
downtown San Diego. This means that you'll be closer to downtown San Diego and
its attractions than from any other oceanfront, estate-size home in San Diego. San
Diego attractions include Old Town, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, The Gaslamp
District, and the convention center.
The Sunset Cliffs and La Playa areas of Point Loma are great locations; there are
no parking problems or congestion. Yet downtown Ocean Beach, with its great

where the 68 acre Sunset Cliffs Nature Park links up with the 640 acre Point Loma
Ecological Reserve.
The entire area is designated a multiple species conservation area with the
topography including white sand cove beaches with great surfing, bogey boarding
and body-surfing, calmer tide pool areas, intricately carved coastal bluffs, arches,
and sea caves, there is something for everybody from the surfer to the birdwatcher
at the Sunset Cliffs Nature Park.
You will want to explore miles of secluded beaches and coves, in addition to the
hiking and biking trails along nearby Sunset Cliffs Park. The homes come fully
equipped with virtually everything-just bring your toothbrush and clothes.
