| How to Make a Reservation To Make a Reservation Please Email Us the Following Information Items: 1) Name of the Person Signing Rental Agreement; 2) Home, Work and Cell Phone Numbers of the Person Signing; 3) The Best Mailing Address to Mail Back Your Damage Deposit; 4) Names and Ages of all Registered Guests that will be Staying at the Property; 5) The Exact Dates of your Stay and the Name of the Property Damage Deposit of $500 is returned at the end of your stay so long as no damage has occured. City of San Diego collects a 10.5% Occupancy Tax for all San Diego Rentals City of Big Bear Lake collects a 6% Occupancy Tax for Eagle's Landing Rental (Occupancy taxes are not included in the rate schedule above and do not apply for stays longer than one month). Cleaning--At our vacation homes, our guests can choose the optional cleaning fee or they can elect to return the home in the identical condition that they received it. No mandatory cleaning fee means the truly neat groups are not penalized. Only the Townhome units at the Beachfront Villas have a mandatory $150/ unit cleaning fee. All Rates Subject to Change Until Reservation Is Confirmed. Your Reservation is confirmed to you by email upon: 1) our receipt of the fully signed Vacation Rental Agreement (by fax within 24 hours of us emailing you the Rental Agreement); and 2) our receipt of your first half rental payment(which shall be received no later than 7 days after the Rental Agreement is emailed to you.) The second half rental payment along with the $500 damage deposit and occupancy taxes are due no later than 60 days prior to your stay. Failure to fax back the signed Rental Agreement or pay the above amounts by the due dates listed in this paragraph may result in the reservation being rebooked with another group at the owner's sole discretion. PayPal credit card payments incur a 3% transaction fee charged by PayPal so if you chose to pay by credit card through www.PayPal.com please add the 3% PayPal fee so that we will receive the correct payment from PayPal. |
