Spring Into Action to Reserve Your Rental
Spring is the time when families and friends are making their

the fact that groups can enjoy three, six or nine bedrooms
depending on whether they rent 1, 2 or all 3 of the Villas.
Since all three Villas are under one roof in the same three story
oceanfront compound it makes for the perfect spot to host a
Corporate Retreat, Family Reunion or Church Retreat for up to
30 persons. The location cannot be beat--just a short 5 minute
walk from the Beachfront Villas is the Seal Beach pier and the
charming Main Street shopping district with one hundred shops
and restaurants.
New Pool at the Oceanfront Villa Mar Vista Home--To
enhance our guests experience at Villa Mar Vista we have
installed a state-of-the-art heated Lagoon Pool with 12-Person
Jacuzzi at the 5 bedroom, 3 bath Villa Mar Vista oceanfront
home. The pool enjoys a Solar Hot Water system as well as
Pebble Sheen pool surface to make the pool one of the very
largest and most gorgeous heated pools among all oceanfront
rental homes in San Diego. The Lagoon Pool is surrounded by
a 5 foot high child safety fence with a childproof lock to keep
the little ones safe while they enjoy soccer, whiffleball and
croquet in the huge grassy backyard. The outdoor entertainment
areas of Villa Mar Vista are unmatched among oceanfront
rental homes in San Diego.
