Enhanced COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Our cleaning crews have increased their cleaning durations until 4 pm on the day of Check-in so that we can do deep sanitizing cleanings during these times of COVID. We are spending more hours cleaning with larger cleaning crews, using more disinfectant and bleach-based products than before, and providing all guests with a special COVID Kit containing disposable plates, dishes and silverware, gloves, and masks and hand sanitizer and other useful items free of charge. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our Guests.

Loaded with top of the line amenities, this luxury home has a large private heated oceanfront hot tub, a huge oceanfront deck, an outdoor shower, and a backyard BBQ and dining area perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Villa Bermuda Beach is located directly on Bermuda Beach in Sunset Cliffs, famous for sunset viewing, and oceanfront wedding ceremonies. It is a 10 minute walk away from the eclectic cafes and shops of Ocean Beach, and a short drive to most of San Diego's most famous attractions.

Peaceful, Beautiful Getaway
The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We loved this place and how relaxing and beautiful the views were.

Beautiful location, responsive owner!
We had a wonderful vacation in San Diego. The location of the property cannot be beat with breathtaking views of the ocean and a beautiful sunset every night. We regularly went for walks/jogs along the cliffs. Close to shopping and beaches. Would recommend to anyone looking for a large family vacation. We had 18 people stay and rented the casita and there was plenty of room. We also had a great time swimming in the pool and using the hot tub. Thanks for being great hosts!

This house is perfectly located for ease to get into the downtown area, the airport, and beaches. Walking distance to restaurants nearby and stores in Ocean Beach. Perfect for a relaxing or active vacation!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! Unwind in the hot tub while watching the gorgeous Southern California sunset or get a tan on the beautiful deck. Minutes from the beach, the home is a convenient enclave to enjoy a wonderful trip to San Diego. Incredible hosts. Very responsive and check-in was easy. Cant say enough great things about this place!!

This home is absolutely beautiful -- the view cannot be beat. The sunsets were breathtaking every night. We made sure to be home to sit on the beautiful patio and view the sunsets every evening.Joseph was extremely responsive and assisted with any questions we had. The entire booking and check-in process was easy and Jan's communication was exceptional. The home was stocked with anything you would need -- bathroom products, beach towels, beach toys (thank you!!!!), kitchen equipment, and anything else you would need. The neighborhood was wonderful. There is an adorable cafe 1/2 a block away for brunch or dinner. There are beaches close by and the cliffs are steps away from the home. The home is centrally located to get to downtown and other destinations we visited with our kids (zoo, children's museum, La Jolla, etc.). We recommend this beautiful home!

An amazing home at Sunset Cliffs right on the water! Booked this house last minute for a conference. Hosts were incredible at accommodating my last minute request. The place was absolutely amazing and you can hear the waves from every single room. The house is decorated and clean! The kitchen has all cooking spices and amenities you may need. The hot tub is right at the edge of the deck and is perfect for relaxing. Many great dining options are walking distance. Parking is easy! WiFi is great. Will definitely be back!

FAQs
1. I see you have a 4:00 pm check in time. Is it possible for me to get early check in?
A. Early check in is not always available. If the house is booked the night before you arrive, that means that there is a group leaving that morning at the 10:00 check out time and our cleaning crew starts working. Our cleaning crews are using the full 6 hours between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm to clean the house, particularly with Covid protocols. Even if there is no group using the house the night before your arrival, that does not mean that early check in is available. We manage several houses and have cleaning crews working at different properties at different times, there may be maintenance being performed, etc. If early check in is available, the fees are as follows:
10:00 a.m. -- $450
11:00 a.m. -- $375
12:00 p.m. -- $300
1:00 p.m. -- $225
2:00 p.m. -- $150
3:00 p.m. -- $75
Please contact us after you make your reservation to inquire as to whether we are able to accommodate an early check in.
2. I see that check out is at 10:00 a.m., can we check out later?
A. Just like early check in, late check out is not always available. If you are checking out on a day that another group is arriving, then our cleaners will need every hour between your check out time and their arrival time to clean the house. Even if a group is not arriving that day, late check out may not be available for a number of other reasons. If late check out is available, the fees are as follows:

3. I see in your rental contract that the house has quiet hours, does that apply to my group?
We welcome people to share this home and to experience the fantastic location and views as well as the neighborhood and larger community. You should know that we are very serious about quiet hours (which includes use of the pool and hot tub) and respecting the quiet and peaceful ambience of the residential neighborhood. Please do not book this home if you are expecting to party late or loud. Quiet hours as well as excessive noise or disruption rules are enforced at all times. The neighbors will call us if a group is violating the rules.
