New spacious Guest House Accommodates 6 Persons
Casita Descanso can be rented to host up to 6 persons in comfort. Casita Descanso ha two Queen Beds in the bedroom with open plan living room and kitchen. The open living room has a Queen sofa sleeper to seat 3 persons with chairs for several more a 12 foot long granite counter for additional seating to give you ample seating for your favorite Big Games.
The granite counter-tops in the kitchen complement the full 26 cubic foot stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher and kitchen sink. Fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave and even a waffle maker.
The large bathroom enjoys an 8-jet Jacuzzi-brand spa tub along with a rain shower-head ShowerTower with 8 jets and a shower wand. Custom tiling and shampoo bottle alcoves add to your showering experience. A large 5 foot closet.
There is a full size Washer/Dryer right outside your back door and the Guest House has its own dedicated tankless water heater for unlimited hot water. Free WiFi and Cable TV with Bluray DVD player complement the Entertainment Center highlighted by the 55 inch LED Samsung TV.
State of the art dimmable LED overhead recessed lighting complements no less than 2 overhead skylights and large windowed French Doors with internal blinds provide ample natural light during the day and adjustable lighting at night.
