5 Star: I am in full agreement with other reviews that the property management is very friendly, professional and responsive when something needed to be addressed. One instance involved a baby seagull that fell from its nest and we were all concerned about its welfare. Joseph called Sea World for us and they were very quick to rescue the little guy, which eased the hearts of the children in our group.

5 Star: This particular location was ideal for our three-generation family, with enough space to afford people privacy when needed, but great for gathering together as well. The ocean views and gorgeous sunsets offset the minor things that could have been better. There is a great deal of street activity because its such a perfect spot for early morning surfers, joggers, dog walkers, weddings, etc., all enjoyable to watch from the amazing two-level deck. Our overall experience, was delightful and we are seriously thinking about returning next year.

5 Star: Family vacation We took our family to San Diego for vacation this summer. This home was perfect! We have 4 older kids teens. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen was perfect for family meals. Beautiful views and plenty of places in walking distance! We loved this home and plan to return.

5 Star: This is a great house for a large family get-together We had 15 people of all ages and needs stay. We had a fabulous time, and the property was ideal. Ideal for hosting a large group comfortably - Everything as advertised, clean and functional - Well-stocked with necessaries (utensil, towels, etc.) The pool is amazing - warm, spacious and very usable - Ability to bring a pet (in this case a well-trained comfort dog) was key for our group - Layout is excellent for people with limited mobility - Location is phenomenal - beautiful sunsets, great walks, convenient to SD attractions

5 Star: Our host, Joseph, was awesome. He met us at check-in and helped with our grocery delivery that arrived before we did. Oops. He showed us around and helped us get acquainted with the property and how everything worked. I forgot how to work the pool temp so he quickly came over the next day to help me out. He was very attentive and willing to answer my questions and help with anything we needed.

5 Star: The views are amazing. It is the prime spot on Sunset Cliffs. We saw a wedding or proposal every day. The sunsets are incredible and you can watch from inside the home or the front porch. We sat by the fire pit most nights to enjoy the sunsets. The home was perfect for our large family. Joseph was kind to accommodate all of us. The casita was a bonus. Everything worked well. The appliances are high end and the home is well appointed. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans, etc. You'll need your own spices but we expected that. The home was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The recommendations for local places to eat and shop were perfect. Phil's BBQ was fantastic. The pool was a favorite. We opted to heat it which was perfect because the spa/jacuzzi is attached to the pool. The kids loved being able to swim in and out of the spa. The home gets warm in the evenings because of the large windows. We just opened the doors and let the cool ocean breeze cool us off. There are fans as well if needed. Thanks for hosting us and sharing your beautiful ocean front home with us. Our kids and grandkids are still posting about the fun we had. We hope to return again. It was a perfect vacation.

5 Star: Villa Magnifica is just that! This was the second time to stay at Villa Magnifica and it did not disappoint. What a beautiful view of the ocean and the house accommodated our large party with room to spare. It is in a great location, easy access to all venues. The glass fronted porch area is perfect for people watching and enjoying the weather.

5 Star: Family wedding getaway The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The property was a great choice for our extended family. There was plenty of room, a generous amount of linens etc. and the location is fantastic. We had a great time.

5 Star: 30th Birthday Family Trip We traveled to San Diego and stayed at Cabo Hermosa for my husbands 30th birthday. We had ages ranging from 4 to 60 and the house, and the experience, was perfect for everybody!! The view is unbeatable and theres something so special about having your morning coffee around the fire pit in the front yard and watching the ocean waves. We definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip to SD!

5 Star: An Unforgettable Beachfront Living Experience We stayed 4 nights at this property and we were delighted with all of the special amenities. From the welcome cookies, bottled waters and fresh fruit...to the incredible outdoor fire pit and hot tub. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the cookware and serving essentials needed to prepare meals every day. Each of the three bedrooms had comfortable king beds and individual fans. Beach towels, chairs, toys and blankets were a nice surprise. My favorite time of each day was watching the sunset on the deck next to the fire pit and watching all of the pelicans flying by. We have hundreds of pictures and life long memories of this amazing beachfront home. Thank you for all the extra nice touches!

5 Star: Beautiful retreat We very much enjoyed our stay. The property has a gorgeous view of the sunset Cliffs that you can walk down and walk along the water in front of the home. There are also trails that go along the cliffs. The home is well stocked with bathroom supplies including shampoo soaps toothbrushes conditioner etc. which is very helpful. They also have a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of bed linens comforters pillows towels and linens. The home is very spacious with a great layout to spread out on the property. The pool is beautiful but was too cold for us to use it this season. The kitchen is a full kitchen in the guest house as well which is very helpful. The guesthouse is also adjacent to the pool but has a different key access and is separated from the main house but only 5 feet away from the house entrance which was great for us. Great place and beautiful views!

5 Star: STUNNING VIEWS The property accommodated my large family for my nieces wedding. It allowed plenty of living spaces so that we weren't ontop of each other. The bedrooms were large enough with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook or entertain. It has beautiful views, great location. Overall I was pleased with our stay. If you have older people staying with you, help them with the stairs as there is no hand railing and you have to park in front.

5 Star: A Beautiful home, with beautiful views The home is beautiful and the view is amazing. Joseph was very helpful and responsive with check in and with needs as they arose. It's located in a little neighborhood with some cool shops and restaurants. The home itself is great, open layout with doors that open on to the back deck and garden patio. A very nice place and nice stay.
