5 Star: Spring Break Family Vacation Our family stayed at Villa Magnifica for Spring Break. There were 18 of us- 8 adults and ten children. The villa was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the sunsets, the pool, and the spacious home. The home supplied us with all the amenities we needed. The location was also excellent, as we left each day to enjoy the many attractions San Diego has to offer.

5 Star: Property manager was easy to get ahold of and made the stay smooth. Will rent again!

5 Star: My family (kids 7 and 4) enjoyed a week long stay at this beautiful property. From our first steps into the property, the views were breathtaking and along with the hot tub and generous outdoor space made this one of our most memorable trips to SD. While the beach is not accessible, the location was well situated and private. The property while on the smaller end easily accommodated our 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. We would highly recommend.

5 Star: Great house for multi generation families House is very well laid out for multi generation families. The rooms are separate with bathrooms for each. We gave the house a five star review, as it worked very well; it is very clean, but is a bit datedThe kitchen was very well stocked, there are numerous toys for kids and pool toys as well. The location is great; the views of the ocean at sunset is spectacular, its a short drive to Ocean Beach and town. Also very easy to get in town to the zoo, Balboa Park, etc.

5 Star: The location is absolutely stunning. The view of the ocean is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has great supplies. The property was perfect for our large group. Everyone had a bed and there were plenty of towels. It's not a 'brand new' home but everything was impeccably clean and spotless. It felt very sanitized and properly cared for.

5 Star: Perfect stay This property is EXACTLY as advertised. Fantastic home for a family get away. Plenty of space, very well appointed, beds were comfortable, great linens, fantastically stocked gourmet kitchen and nearly unbeatable views. Less then 10 minutes from tons of restaurants, 15 minutes from the airport. The communication with the owners was great. We will definitely stay here in the future.

5 Star: Spring Break 4 Night Getaway Home was exactly as advertised. Can not beat the view and vibe of outdoor patio and location is perfect for walking into downtown Ocean Beach and around Sunset Cliffs.

5 Star: We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday weekend with friends at this beautiful home. The property exceeded our expectations; it is a great space to gather as a group.

5 Star: Joseph was easy to communicate with and I appreciated having him meet us upon check in and walk us through the house. Same with checkout - nice to hand over the keys and know that everything was settled upon checkout.

5 Star: Stunning views and outdoor space Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely beachside property. Everything was new and clean and we had all the amenities we needed for a weeklong stay. The neighborhood itself was a great base for exploring San Diego. Do note that the bedrooms are all along one side of the house and each have sliding doors instead of doors that seal - so if there are snorers in your group they might be heard by the light sleepers so maybe bring earplugs :) I would definitely stay here again!

5 Star: The best vacation We had a fabulous stay and loved this house. The view is beyond incredible, the outdoor space is perfect, and the hot tub is great. The house itself was spotless and spacious. We loved the neighborhood and walked to dinner at nearby restaurants every night. Can't wait to return!

5 Star: 3 generation family vacation Had the best, relaxing vacation ever! Stunning location. Great for running, yoga, surfing, and sunsets. My mother and mother in law both near 90 loved the house, walking the neighborhood and being today. Thankyou so much for the best vacation ever!

Property has all the comforts of home, as well as some thoughtful hotel-type amenities. in each bathroom. It was a perfect hone-base for our family in town for a wedding.

5 Star: Great family getaway This home was amazing for hosting me and my family. We had 3 generations under one roof with plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything needed to cook and enjoy. The pool was great for the kids to swim around during the day and the sunsets from the porch were amazing. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through the area.

5 Star: Beautiful! House was as advertised! Sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean was awesome, we saw dolphins, seals, pelicans and a whale or two. Great location and the house was very well equipped.

5 Star: Beautiful Location If you want to sit on the deck and watch beautiful sunsets, take long walks along the beach and be centrally located to most attractions in San Diego; this is your place. Ten people had plenty of room and we enjoyed our stay very much. Joseph is a gem.

5/5 Great home Sunset Cliffs Great location/neighborhood in OB area. Away from the central beach OB area hustle for some peace, but only a few minutes to central area. If coming with family this is the place.Clean and tidy. Bright home, many windows. On the ocean. Watch the sunset over the Pacific from inside or out on the front patios. AV simple to use. Kitchen well stocked, all appliances are optimal. Nice pool and hot tub. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms excellent. This will be our place as long as we come to OB to visit family. 2/20/2021

5 Star: House is comfortable and well maintained. Safe and walkable neighborhood. Perfect size for 3 couples or 4 adults. I look forward to returning. Great host. Great property. Perfect house to relax and enjoy with family/friends. Special note, must go to Little Lion for breakfast/brunch.
